Love this toaster and it looks lovely with the matching kettle. The only thing that I would say is about the groove on the top which is quite hard to clean, I use a soft tissue to get into the groove and brush out the crumbs. It’s also stainless steel (finishing) so need to use a microfibre cloth to keep it shiny. But overall a great purchase and highly recommended for the price.

This toaster makes perfect toast. As we tend to keep a loaf of bread in the freezer we particularly like the ‘defrost’ button that allows you to defrost and then toast in one go.Nice crisp toast evenly browned on both sides.It also looks elegant and is a reasonable price.Top buy!

This is the second one. First one delivered didn’t work and had obviously been returned form someone else. Bad the person has obviously sent it back as not working and Amazon have sent it straight back out. Great looking toaster, makes great toast quickly. I have not tried it with very thick slices/bagels yet but it should be okay if not too big. The bottom tray can be removed very easily to get rid of crumbs. I had the matching kettle, so I was very happy to find this toaster at a great discount

Old toaster ‘died’ This was its replacement. Good the way you can lift up the lever to see if your toast is ready or not without switching it off. Hasn’t burnt mine hardly at all. Got for a good price with big discount plus voucher discount. So happy customer. Hope it lasts!
